"Lingoda is one of the best way to…"
Lingoda is one of the best way to improve your English but there are some points to share with you
1-You could not rate any Teacher there stars or less or you will ask to rate again.
2- Teachers could not finish 30 slides in one hour online session .You have to do some slides with your own after the session
3- All Teachers are native speakers but I prefer to study with American and British Teachers more that south africa Teachers to get better accent and better Teaching style as well . No harms feeling

To Sum up .. lingoda is the best platform to learn languages for adults in 2020.

"Great Customer Service"
I have been so happy with the experience I've had with Lingoda so far. I'm on the Lingoda Sprint, which I think is a wonderful way to get people (like me) on board, as I'm a sucker for a challenge. Throughout the past couple of months, whenever I have provided feedback or gotten in touch, I have had someone respond very quickly and the customer service has been exemplary. The teachers, for the most part, have been great, and also diverse. It's been a pleasure getting to know different accents. I will most definitely continue on with Lingoda after the sprint, because it has been so valuable for helping me improve in speaking, which is one area that can be hard to practice when not living in a Spanish speaking country.

I had one bad experience with a teacher, and considering on the Sprint, you are not allowed to cancel a class within 7 days, I was anxious about having said teacher again. I contacted Lingoda with my worries and my reasons for not wanting to be in a class with said teacher and they immediately changed the teacher for me. I have found every one of the customer service team has been very professional, considerate and timely in their responses.

Really pleased so far!
